The securities class action against Avita Therapeutics Inc. Common Stock has reached a settlement of $500,000.

The securities class action against Teligent, Inc. has reached a settlement of $6,000,000.

The securities class action against Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. has reached a settlement of $16,650,000.

The securities class action against TAL Education Group has reached a settlement of $7,500,000.

Investors who filed a claim in the In re American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. Litigation, Civil Action No. 1:15-mc-00040-AKH in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York (the “Class Action”), will receive a postcard notifying them that they do not need to file a new claim in the SEC matter that has reached a settlement of $34,063,856.
